About the Role:
Are you an enthusiastic sales professional with a talent for building relationships and exceeding targets? Our client is seeking a proactive and driven Internal Sales Representative to join their team. In this role, you will play a vital part in promoting and selling products to potential customers, while delivering exceptional service that fosters client loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with Prospects: Communicate regularly with potential and existing clients through phone calls and emails, establishing and nurturing relationships.
- Handle Enquiries: Respond promptly to new business enquiries, managing each from initial contact through to the first order with professionalism and efficiency.
- Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence on new enquiries to identify and address any potential issues before proceeding.
- Update Clients: Ensure that both new and existing clients are fully informed about our comprehensive range of products, schemes, and offers.
- Report and Analyse: Assist the Sales & Customer Experience Manager with sales reports and new business analyses using CRM systems and Excel.
- Meet Targets: Achieve daily and weekly targets for outbound calls and follow-up activities.
- Generate Leads: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through both inbound lead follow-up and proactive outbound activities.
Support Responsibilities:
- Manage Calls: Handle incoming phone calls, addressing queries and providing support as needed.
- Organise Marketing Materials: Coordinate the distribution of marketing materials, such as samples, brochures, and merchandise, ensuring timely delivery.
- Assist with Training: Help organise and facilitate customer training sessions as required.
- Scheme Support: Assist the Scheme Administrator with the companys installer schemes.
- Customer Service: Address any customer service issues that arise, providing solutions and maintaining high levels of satisfaction.

Experience & Skills:
- Experience Required: At least 1 year of experience in a sales role.
- Preferred Qualifications: A valid driving licence.
- Skills Needed: Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking abilities, with proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
