A UK market leader based in the Preston area is looking for a lead generator to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. A professional and forward-thinking company, this business is committed to providing an open and positive culture that puts people first.
Your role as Lead generator
Working within a tight-knit team, you will be providing support to the sales team in a busy, friendly and professional environment. You will be identifying new and improving existing opportunities for the sales team through online research and the business CRM system.
Key Tasks
- Outbound calling to identify new customers and clarify information
- Researching and adding new companies to the database.
- Researching and updating existing customers on the data base.
- Checking incoming leads and making sure they are assigned correctly.
- Processing lost-customer data.
- Archiving and reclassifying records.
Skills required to be a successful lead generator
- Excellent telephone manner
- Confident and approachable
- Confident IT user
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Previous lead generation experience would be advantageous
Benefits Package
- Salary - £23,015
- Bonus of £1,800 OTE
- Annual leave - 22 days per year holiday rising to 25 after qualifying time period (plus Bank Holidays)
- Contracted hours - Mon to Thur 8.15 - 16.15, Friday 8.15 - 15.15
