I'm currently working with a well-established and collaborative financial planning firm to recruit an experienced Paraplanner / Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their role and thrives in a close-knit, supportive environment.

The RoleThis is a dual-position, with an even 50:50 split between paraplanning and administrative responsibilities. The role suits someone who is confident working across both areas and values the flexibility of a team that supports one another during busy periods or holidays.

The TeamYou'll be joining a stable, professional team made up of 2 Directors, 1 other Advisor, and 5 paraplanning/admin professionals. The structure allows for shared responsibilities, so you're never siloed, and there's a strong culture of helping one another out.

Requirements

  • Diploma-qualified preferred, or working toward

  • Experience in a paraplanning and/or financial planning administration role is essential
