Our client is seeking several Refuse Loaders to join their friendly team at a well-established company.
Candidates should be motivated and driven, with the desire to learn new skills and progress in their careers.
The role involves moving bags and wheelie bins, loading waste into lorries, and ensuring safe navigation of narrow streets.
The position offers a pay rate of £11.44 per hour, increasing to £13 after 13 weeks, with weekly pay provided.
No specific years of experience are required, but candidates must be physically fit and able to adhere to health and safety regulations.

Our client is looking to recruit several Refuse Loader to join a friendly team within a well-established company. We are seeking motivated & driven candidates who want to learn new skills and gain new experiences to progress within their career.

Duties:

Moving bags and wheelie bins
Using the lifting method to load waste into the lorry
Unloading the waste at the site
Guiding large lorry safely around potentially narrow streets
Communicating effectively within the workplace
Adhering to all health and safety rules and regulations
Must be physically fit.

All training provided

Shifts:

6.30am starts to finish

Pay:

£11.44 per hour goes up to £13 after 13 weeks
