Are you a budding Designer with two years of experience, looking to join an award-winning company that has three decades of proven industry experience in luxury kitchen design, encouraging growth and development alongside a generous pay structure?

This company started out as a family enterprise and has now grown to match and exceed its competition, however, it is still focused on looking after their employees and providing a fantastic working environment and culture for all their staff members. Providing for a range of high-end clientele around Lancashire working on projects from a value of £25,000 to £150,000 with valuable materials sourced across Europe, for example, marble from Italy.

This role encompasses the entire process, from sales to design to installation. Visiting sites of high net worth individuals, upselling luxurious materials from suppliers across Europe to professionally deliver exceptional kitchens every time. The successful candidate will display professional verbal communication skills and a keen eye for detail, playing a crucial role in enabling the dreams of clients to come true.

The Role:

  • Meeting with prospective clients to understand functions and desired aesthetic of design space
  • Working to design the bespoke kitchens to present to clients
  • Providing world class customer service and develop meaningful ongoing commercial relationships
  • Liaise with manufacturing and logistics to provide clients with an accurate deadline and comprehensive cost breakdown
  • 42.5 hours per week inclusive of breaks, Monday to Friday with rolling weekend coverage.

The Person:

  • Two years proven experience in a similar role
  • Showroom experience is preferable
