An experienced Sales Negotiator is sought for a Senior Sales Negotiator position at a rapidly expanding Estate Agency in Lancashire.
The role involves negotiating, conducting viewings, and managing sales progression with a full-time schedule of Monday to Friday, 8.30 to 5.30, and alternate Saturdays.
The basic salary for this position is up to £30,000, with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) ranging from £30,000 to £38,000, alongside numerous benefits.
Candidates must have recent experience as a Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator, possess strong customer service skills, and hold a UK driving licence.
The ideal candidate should be personable, confident, driven, motivated to achieve targets, and a team player.

Working hours:

Full Time
Monday – Friday 8.30 – 5.30
Alternate Saturday with ½ in lieu.
