Where you will be working

Riverbank is a compassionate home designed to care for and nurture young people between the ages of 13 and 17. Our residents have mild to moderate learning difficulties, are neuro-diverse, have mental health needs and/or have experienced trauma and neglect.

At Riverbank, we are dedicated to creating a nurturing and caring environment where young people can flourish and reach their full potential. Our goal is to foster positive relationships between our young people and our staff members. We understand the importance of routine and structure in providing stability and positivity to our home.


What makes you the ideal candidate for the role

-You are committed, driven, have person centred values and want to make a difference to the lives of young people

-You have line management and/ supervisory experience

-You have an NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People

-You demonstrate a commitment to support and care for vulnerable and traumatised young people

-You respond quickly and appropriately to crisis situations and use initiative to find pragmatic resolutions
