Shift Pattern - 2 on 3 off on a 5 week rolling rota.

Required

  • NVQ Level 3 in Residential Child Care
  • 2 Years Experience in Residential Child Care
  • UK Driving Licence

Job Description

As a Team Leader, your main responsibility is to lead, guide, and support a team of residential support workers who care for children and young people in a residential setting. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support services, promoting the well-being, development, and safety of the children in your care.

  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of each young person by addressing their care, education, social, emotional, cultural, therapeutic, and health needs.
  • Maintaining appropriate supervision and control of children and young people at all times.
  • Collaborating with parents, families, carers, and other professionals to advocate for, protect, and enhance the welfare of children and young people.
