Job Description:

Are you an experienced Health & Safety Manager with a passion for ensuring workplace safety in the hospitality sector? Our esteemed client, the leading UK supplier of leisure equipment to the hospitality industry, is seeking an experienced professional to oversee and manage health and safety protocols across their operations in the North West.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor health and safety policies and procedures across the company's 9 depots.
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide training and support to employees on health and safety practices and emergency procedures.
• Investigate and report on incidents, accidents, and near misses, implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
• Collaborate with management to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest health and safety legislation and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Health & Safety Manager, preferably in the hospitality or leisure equipment sector.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and risk management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• NEBOSH certification or equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to various company depots.
