Role Details:
- Position: SEND Teaching Assistant
- Location: Preston
- Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Daily Rate: 90 per day (dependent on experience)
- Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one and group support to students with SEND.
- Assist teachers in implementing individualised learning plans.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
- Help students develop their social, emotional, and academic skills.
- Support students in managing their behaviour and achieving their goals.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a support role is beneficial.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting children with additional needs.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A proactive and positive approach to supporting student's learning and development.
