- End-to-end management of payroll process, including wage calculation, overtime, and deductions
- Ensure payroll processed on time
- Ensure the accuracy and security of payroll data and confidential employee information
- Prepare and submit payroll taxes, ensuring compliance with all tax regs
- Coordinate with relevant authorities for tax-related matters and inquiries
- Calculate and raise manual payments where necessary
- Resolve all payroll-related issues or discrepancies
- Broad experience working in Payroll
- Knowledge of payroll processes, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organisational and time-keeping skills
- High attention to detail and able to take ownership of their role
- Good IT and MS Excel skills
