HR Advisor (9 Month FTC)

We are seeking a confident and experienced HR professional to join a growing team as an HR Advisor on a 9-month fixed-term contract. This role is crucial in providing comprehensive HR services supporting around 200 employees during an exciting period of growth.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage a variety of HR case work including welfare, investigations, and disciplinary processes.
  • Analyse data and report on trends to support managers in decision-making.
  • Ensure HR practices align with the company’s values and business objectives.
  • Provide support and guidance on HR policies and procedures to staff and management.
  • Engage in activities that promote staff welfare and organisational culture.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven HR generalist experience, capable of managing diverse case work.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to report on trends and metrics.
  • Experience in handling welfare, investigations, and disciplinary processes.
  • Level 3 or 5 CIPD qualification or qualified by experience considered.
