Responsibilities:

Our client, a logistics company, is seeking a confident and experienced HR professional to join their team as an HR Advisor. This is a maternity cover position for a fixed term of 9 months.

As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive HR service to our client's dedicated Fleet business unit, which consists of approximately 200 employees. Your main focus will be on managing various HR cases and analysing data to report on trends that support managers. Additionally, you will handle welfare, investigation, and disciplinary processes.

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have excellent organisation and communication skills, as well as a Level 5 CIPD qualification. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required, and a UK driving licence is preferred.
