Job title: HR Advisor Location: Preston Salary: £28k - £30k DOE This role is a 6-9 month FTC, hybrid working with flexible hours and working as part of a wider HR team. I am currently representing a fantastic and well established organisation who are looking for a CIPD level 5 qualified HR Assistant or HR Advisor to join their wider team. This is a Generalist role and will involve all the day to day operational duties you can expect from a HR Advisor role, including ER, Recruitment and supporting managers. My client will look at a HR Assistant looking to step into their first HR Advisory role or an experienced HR Advisor looking for a change in pace. - Provide advice to employees and managers on ER - Managing absence cases - Supporting with managing change processes - Providing KPI data and metrics to support activity - Compliance administration - To provide generalist HR support, coaching and guidance in a competent and confidential manner - To actively monitor all absence cases - Delivery of the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, on boarding and induction, appraisals etc - Raise offer letters, contracts of employment and amendments If you or anyone you know are interested in this role, please submit your CV for immediate consideration -
