A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Part Time HR Advisor with strong employee relations experience to join a well-established HR team.

Below is an overview of the role:

  • Acting as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary action
  • Attending as the HR representative to formal HR meetings
  • Developing and delivering training programmes on employee relations
  • Liaising with trade unions
  • Maintaining records and documentation related to employee relations cases, ensuring confidentiality and legal compliance at all times
  • Leading the company-wide policy review
  • Analysing trends in employee relations to recommend improvements or policy changes
  • Staying up-to-date with developments in employment law and best practices in employee relations
  • Supporting with a variety of HR projects and building effective relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally

The successful candidate for this role will have extensive ER experience and be able to demonstrate a proven track record in managing stakeholder relationships effectively.

Please note this is a part time role (Wednesday - Friday) where some travel to sites across the North West is required within those 3 days.
