Location: Preston (Hybrid, 3 days onsite)
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 (DoE)

The Role:
As a Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You'll collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements, define processes, and ensure the successful delivery of IT projects, from system upgrades to software implementations.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within an internal IT team.
- Strong experience gathering and documenting business and system requirements.
- Ability to liaise between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of process mapping, gap analysis, and business process improvement.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or similar enterprise systems.
Desirable:
- Experience working in the manufacturing, supply chain, or distribution sector.
- Formal Business Analysis qualifications (e.g., BCS, CBAP).
