Position: Web & CRO ManagerSalary: £35,000 - £40,000Location: Fully remote

Take ownership of a high-impact website and shape its future!

This is an opportunity to get your hands on a newly refreshed website that requires a lot of work to improve its optimisation and performance. There is high traffic as the platform has 25 million global users.

You’ll be joining a fast-growing learning and development platform that helps individuals and businesses worldwide. With a collaborative and supportive team, this is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your ideas can make a real difference.

It's a business focused on growth and a role that needs someone who can hit the ground running.

We’re looking for an experienced Website & CRO Manager to step into a 9-month fixed-term contract and take charge of optimising both the e-commerce journey for individual customers and the lead generation funnel for B2B clients.

This is more than just day-to-day website management - it’s about identifying what’s working, what’s not, and what needs to change to drive conversions and enhance the customer experience. You’ll take the lead on conversion rate optimization (CRO), mapping out an experimentation roadmap, and ensuring that the website performs at its best.

Why this role?

  • Make an impact fast - The website was relaunched in November and is still at a baseline level. There’s plenty of scope for improvement, and your expertise will shape its performance over the next year.
  • Own the CRO strategy - You’ll be the go-to expert for conversion optimisation, using data-driven insights and A/B testing to improve user journeys.
  • A mix of hands-on and strategic work - You’ll manage the CMS (WordPress), oversee website updates, and work closely with an external development agency on larger projects.
  • Flexibility & autonomy - This is a fully remote role with flexible hours, plus occasional team meetups across the UK.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing and optimising the website to improve speed, performance, and user experience
  • Taking ownership of CRO testing and strategy, mapping out tests and improvements to boost conversion rates
  • Working with an external web development agency on larger feature updates
  • Ensuring the website supports SEO best practices (working alongside the SEO team)
  • Analyzing data and user behavior to drive informed decisions

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in website management & CRO
  • Strong understanding of user experience (UX), A/B testing, and analytics
  • Experience with WordPress CMS and basic knowledge of HTML
  • Ability to take initiative, solve problems, and deliver results without hand-holding

The details:

  • Remote (UK-based) - Quarterly in-person meetups
  • £35,000 - £40,000
  • 9-month fixed-term contract
