Helpdesk Manager - Preston - Permanent - £40k per year
Forrest Recruitment are working with an award-winning company based in Preston. They are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead and support the Customer Service and Compliance team. This role is essential in ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction.
Duties will include:
- Overseeing the management and monitoring of the teams performance
- Managing the associated workloads which includes reactive, remedial and planned preventative maintenance
- Producing monthly client contractual reports
- Holding regular one to ones, 6 monthly reviews and POR's
- Implementing inductions and training
- Reviewing business processes
- Logging jobs
- Completing regular audits, produce and report findings
- Reviewing client contracts
- Working closely with compliance controllers to adhere to change management processes
- Ensuring jobs are billed on time and supply chain and is paid on time
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 8:30am - 5:30pm
This is an amazing opportunity for someone who has previous experience in supervisory or a management role, has strong communication skills both oral and written as well as having accuracy and attention to detail.
