MERJE is seeking a highly skilled IT Support professional for a leading company in the Broking sector. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage and maintain the IT infrastructure for a dynamic organisation of approximately 75 users. The successful candidate will be responsible for network administration, system maintenance, and user support.

The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain network infrastructure, servers, and hardware
  • Manage Microsoft 365 and SharePoint systems
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support to end users
  • Develop and implement PowerShell scripts and Intune policies
  • Manage IT contracts and maintain asset registers

Required knowledge and experience:

  • Experience in Microsoft 365, IT Systems / Network support, and Intune
  • Good knowledge of PowerShell scripting
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude with a proactive approach
  • Previous experience in 1st and 2nd line support (advantageous)
