What is a Service Administrator?

As a Service Administrator, you will work closely with the Service Team to manage field engineers' schedules and ensure efficient service delivery. You will play a vital role in meeting Service SLAs and goals, demonstrating high standards of work and effective time management.

Assist in booking engineers and keeping customers informedGenerate invoices for completed workProcess subcontractor paperworkManage site permits for field engineersFollow up on quotations from the Service DeskRespond quickly to potential customer issuesProvide cheerful telephone supportMonitor and respond to emails and other correspondenceReview and complete work streams, including quotes and portalsSupport the team by providing administration supportPut the customer at the heart of everything you do, aiming to achieve the 24-hour SLAIdentify and manage your workload effectivelyExceed customer expectationsImmediately report quality issues and learn from themUpdate your manager daily on any concerns or issuesPerform other reasonable duties as assigned
