Are you an experienced Systems Engineer with a passion for Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)? We are seeking a skilled Principal System Engineer to lead the strategy and implementation of MBSE across multiple complex domains. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of MBSE strategies and architectures.
- Define and deploy MBSE across the organization, aligning with enterprise goals.
- Mentor teams and drive transformation through MBSE expertise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (software, mechanical, electronics) to ensure integration.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable plans for diverse teams.
What Were Looking For:
- Experience: Strong background in MBSE, ideally up to MBSE Architect level, with a proven track record of organization-wide deployment.
- Skills: Expertise in architecture modelling notations, multi-domain product development (software, mechanical, electronics), and agile methodologies.
- Leadership: Ability to guide both formal and informal discussions with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals.
- Certifications: INCOSE certification is highly desirable.
- Education: Masters in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Attributes: Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
