Position: Time & Attendance Advisor
Location: Preston
Salary: £14.23
6 Month Contract – Likelihood of extension / perm
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively seek resolutions to queries, exceeding employees expectations and instilling confidence in our service.
• Manage volumes while maintaining accuracy and quality of work.
• Ensure personal and team targets are met in line with SLAs.
• Assist in the review, development, and implementation of working procedures, including updating internal work instructions to a high standard.
• Identify opportunities to improve team processes and offer an excellent service.
Key Skills and Experience:
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to present yourself professionally in a fast-paced, business-facing environment.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in using bespoke IT tools and systems, including query management tools such as ServiceNow (desirable).
• Knowledge of the Workforce Manager application or other Time & Attendance systems (desirable).
