The position is for a Lead External Attack Analyst in Cyber Operations within the Aerospace & Defence sector, located in Preston or Frimley, requiring 1-2 days on-site each month.
The salary for this role is up to £70,000 with an additional 10% bonus, along with benefits such as private healthcare, shares, and a pension.
Candidates must possess in-depth experience in Security and Networking technologies, including DNS, VPN, Firewalls, and Vulnerability Management.
The successful applicant will maintain the global attack surface management service, assist with Purple team operations, and identify security weaknesses.
Candidates must be able to undergo Security Clearance (SC) and are expected to have experience with the MITRE ATT&CK Framework.

The role:

Maintain the global attack surface management service.
Assist with Purple team operations.
Be a SME in emerging cyber threats.
Identifying security weaknesses.

Background required:

In-depth experience across Security and Networking technologies including DNS, VPN, Firewalls, Attack Surface Management, IDS/IPS, Endpoint Protection, TCP/IP, Cloud, Open-Source Tooling and Vulnerability Management.
