£35,000 to £45,000 basic salary per annum plus benefits including bonus, pension, 25 days holiday (rising to 32 days with length of service), wellness days, private healthcare, option to purchase more annual leave or sell leftover days, excellent career development plans, certification opportunities, hybrid-working etc.

Our client, a leading law firm ranked as one of the best companies to work for in the country, is looking for an IT Trainer to join the team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an IT Trainer to join a hugely successful business, that hold Gold Investor in People status as testament to their company culture, work-life balance (35 hour working week), and overall employee wellbeing.

The successful IT Trainer can be based out of any one of our client’s four offices. Manchester or Liverpool would be ideal however they could also accommodate Preston or Leeds. The IT Trainer will be joining a small team and will have a varied role, with plenty of opportunity for progression.

Essential skills:- Proven experience as an IT Trainer in a corporate environment (ideally legal)- Planning and developing course content including videos and e-learning modules- Ability to identify learning needs and evaluate effectiveness of training programmes- Excellent communication skills- Really personable character
