Know ECO compliance inside out, but feel ready for more?

If you've been running the show behind the scenes - managing submissions, sorting paperwork, chasing updates and getting it all over the line - but your current role isn't giving you room to grow, this could be your next move.

We're working with a fast-growing, forward-thinking company in the domestic renewable energy sector, looking for a confident and capable ECO Compliance professional to step into a Team Leader role within their submissions team.

What you'll be doing (and why it matters)

You'll be responsible for managing end-to-end ECO submissions, ensuring accuracy, compliance and deadlines are consistently hit.

You'll work closely with funders, installers and internal teams to make sure nothing gets missed - identifying issues early, resolving queries efficiently and keeping everything audit-ready.

This is a great step up for someone who's currently in an ECO admin role but is ready to take more ownership, support junior colleagues, and help shape better processes as the team continues to grow.

This is a full-time, office-based role (Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm) with one in three Saturdays (6.5 hours and overtime paid at time and a half), and the chance to become a go-to person within a supportive, knowledgeable team.

What we're looking for

  • ECO compliance experience (ECO4, LAD, SHDF etc.)

  • Solid understanding of ECO submission packs and funding requirements

  • Excellent attention to detail, particularly with data and documentation

  • Confidence to chase queries, flag issues and follow things through

  • Great communication skills - written, phone and email

  • A proactive, organised and accountable approach

  • Previous experience mentoring or supporting others is a bonus - but not essential.

What's in it for you?

  • c30,000 - 35,000 salary, depending on experience

  • Stable, supportive team with a strong reputation in the sector

  • A role where your knowledge is valued and your next step is taken seriously
