Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be expected to lead on the creation of a Service Design Pack for our existing Oracle Fusion instance, working closely with other team members and SMEs within the business.

The team is responsible for maintaining Oracle Fusion and experience in working with that solution would be preferable, along with demonstrating confidence and prowess in other relevant areas.

Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

  • Create the Service Design Pack for the Oracle Fusion System at Lancashire County Council.
  • Work closely with business colleagues to capture responsibilities and SLAs.
  • Identify gaps in documentation.
  • Applicants should have a proven track record of identifying customer and technical requirements, to ensure the successful ongoing delivery of the system.You will have a solid understanding for service design including (but not limited to) the following:
  • Requirements gathering
  • Documentation
  • Change management
  • Test management
  • Risk and defect management
