What you will be doing as a claims handler:

Handle claims from clients ensuring service level agreements are met
Arranging inspections and delivery of replacement goods
Liaise with policy holders via email and phone

The successful candidate will have the following skills;

Experience in high volume Customer Service
Target driven
Excellent telephone and written communication skills
