Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals.
- Supporting senior planners in the preparation of planning reports and documents.
- Conducting research on planning policies, regulations, and relevant legislation.
- Engaging in site assessments and contributing to planning strategies.
- Liaising with local authorities, stakeholders, and clients to provide planning advice.
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with planning conditions and regulations.
- Working on a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
About You:
- A degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, or a related field.
- Some previous experience in planning, whether through work placements, internships, or relevant roles.
- Knowledge of UK planning policies and regulations is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- A proactive approach with a passion for planning and development.
- A desire to grow professionally within a supportive team environment.
