Senior Town Planner - PrestonSalary: £30,000 - £45,000 per annum

An independent planning and development consultancy based in Preston is seeking an experienced Senior Town Planner to join their team. The company works on diverse projects across commercial, energy, leisure, housing, and industrial sectors, providing high-quality planning advice to clients across the UK.

Your Role:You will manage all stages of planning work, from appraisals and fee proposals to planning applications, appeals, and inquiries. You will also have the opportunity to develop your own client base and lead projects with budgetary responsibility.
