Are you someone with topographic land surveying and 3D CAD knowledge looking for the challenge of a senior position where you will be responsible for developing and leading a team?

Do you want to work for a growing consultancy where you will be taught the ins and outs of management with direct support from senior members of the team?

In this role you will be responsible for topographical land surveys using Leica/Trimble stations and producing CAD designs for Land Surveys. This will be a mix of site visits and office work, with occasional staying away once a quarter. You will be responsible for leading a small team and tutoring junior staff - management training will be provided.

This company have two sites in Lancashire and are growing rapidly, aiming to double their headcount in the next 5 years. They have ambitions to become the largest and most reputable surveying company in the UK and are ready to skill-up the next generation of managers to help grow their business.

This role would suit a Topographical Surveyor who is looking to progress into management, becoming responsible for junior staff and assisting the growth of the business.

The Role:

  • Conduct Land Surveys and Collect/Determine Data.
  • Training junior members of staff
  • Creating 3D designs for clients
  • Travelling to sites 2-3 days a week
