Based in the heart of Lancashire you will ideally live local to the area and have an understanding of servicing clients 'outside of the city'.The firms' Real Estate Team acts for a heavyweight list of clients which comprises multi-national corporations, national and international financial institutions and FTSE 100 companies as well as household name developer clients. Your caseload will see you managed a broad spread of transactions that will include; acquisitions & sales, landlord & tenant matters, property finance, corporate support, development and more. This appointment is specifically suited to a Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE. This opportunity will allow you to participate in some of the largest and most technically complex commercial property deals in the region and you will have an abundance of face to face client contact. The practice can offer long term security and will offer exposure to high calibre work. Crucially, the culture at this firm is one of the primary reasons for its continued success and is fundamental to its ability to attract the best talent around.
