An established and highly regarded law firm, known for its expert and client-centric approach in the commercial property sector, is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented solicitor with at least 1 year of PQE to take on a broad and varied caseload of mid-to-high-value commercial property transactions.

You’ll manage your own caseload and provide comprehensive legal support on:

  • Sales & Acquisitions- Guiding clients through the buying and selling process, ensuring all transactions are legally sound and compliant.
  • Banking & Finance- Advising clients on property finance transactions, including mortgages, loans, and other financial agreements.
  • Leasing & Asset Management- Assisting clients with lease agreements, property management issues, and tenant-related matters, ensuring all documentation is precise and in the best interest of the client.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year PQE
  • Experience in commercial property law, with strong knowledge in areas like sales & acquisitions, finance, and leasing.
  • Independent Caseload Management- The ability to manage a varied caseload with a high degree of autonomy, ensuring clients’ needs are met with precision.
  • Strong Communication Skills- You’ll interact with clients, colleagues, and external parties regularly, so you’ll need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to Detail- A sharp eye for detail when reviewing legal documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance at every stage.
  • Client-Focused- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding client service, with a focus on fostering strong, lasting relationships.
