About the Role:An established firm in Preston is seeking a qualified Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their dynamic Residential Property Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor who is passionate about residential property and eager to contribute to a busy and successful team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding client service through regular communication and updates.
- Provide expert advice and draft documentation for clients and agents.
- Operate a Case Management System efficiently, requiring strong IT skills.
- Work autonomously with keen attention to detail in a challenging commercial environment.
- Undertake fee-earning work to contribute profitably to the department.
- Support the department's development in line with the firm's business plan.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with at least 2 years PQE in residential conveyancing.
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
- Strong IT skills and experience with Case Management Systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload.
