We are looking for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join our successful and expanding Employment team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a well-established firm with a loyal client base and a great reputation. As the team continues to grow, we're looking for someone to help drive our success forward.The Role:You will work across a broad spectrum of Employment law, supporting both claimants and respondents, and gaining exposure to a diverse range of matters. Whether you're experienced in all areas of Employment law or have particular specialisms, we can offer the support and training to help you grow in the role. This position is flexible, and can be based at any of our seven offices depending on your ability to work independently or your preference for supervision. We are looking for someone with at least 2-6 years PQE, though more experienced candidates are welcome to apply as we can accommodate a more senior level.The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • 2 PQE +
  • Be a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with a strong passion for Employment law
  • Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
