You’ll play a key part in developing the team, managing high-value property matters, and contributing to the firm’s ongoing success.The Role:As Head of Residential Conveyancing, you will:
  • Lead and oversee a busy conveyancing team, ensuring efficiency and excellence in client service.
  • Handle a varied and complex caseload, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, leasehold transactions, and transfers of equity.
  • Provide strategic guidance on case management, risk assessment, and legal best practices.
  • Drive business development and networking efforts, expanding the firm’s client base and service offerings.
  • Mentor and manage a team of solicitors, associates, and support staff, ensuring continued professional growth and high performance.
