Junior Property Dispute Resolution SolicitorNorth West/HybridSalary: Competitive, dependent on experienceAn established and growing property litigation team is looking for a Junior Solicitor to join its highly collaborative team. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse and challenging caseload, handling disputes for independent business owners, retail occupiers, large property developers, and private individuals across both the commercial and residential sectors.The Role:
  • Managing a broad caseload, including landlord and tenant disputes, real property litigation, and contractual matters, under supervision where required.
  • Providing strategic legal advice across a wide range of property-related disputes.
  • Drafting and preparing legal documents, correspondence, and court submissions.
  • Engaging with courts, barristers, expert witnesses, and other professionals, instructing counsel where necessary.
  • Representing clients at court hearings, mediations, and negotiation meetings.
  • Assisting in mentoring and supporting junior colleagues, including trainees, paralegals, and administrative staff.
  • Playing an active role in business development, contributing to the firm’s growing presence in the property litigation market.
What We’re Looking For:
  • NQ – 2 years PQE, with a solid foundation in property litigation.
  • The ability to manage a caseload independently, while working collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong technical knowledge of landlord and tenant law, real property disputes, and commercial litigation.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to balance priorities and meet deadlines.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal advice.
  • Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in IT and case management systems.
  • A proactive mindset, with a desire to develop the firm’s property litigation practice through networking and business development initiatives.
