An established and friendly law firm in Preston is seeking a skilled Litigation Fee Earner/Solicitor to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload including - company & commercial litigation, property litigation, contested wills & probate, boundary disputes, landlord & tenant dispute, harassment and defamation cases, contract disputes, professional negligence claims, intellectual property matters, and medical negligence claims.
- Conduct legal research, draft documents, and prepare cases for trial.
- Liaise with clients, providing expert legal advice and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Represent clients in court, mediation, and other dispute resolution processes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a litigation fee earner, experienced paralegal, or NQ solicitor.
- Strong knowledge of various litigation matters.
- Excellent legal research, drafting, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively and independently.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach to case management.
