The RoleMy Client is seeking a talented and tenacious litigator to join its dynamic team as a Commercial Disputes Solicitor. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of complex disputes across various sectors. Responsibilities include:

  • Handling high-value and complex commercial disputes, contractual claims, and professional negligence cases as part of a client team.
  • Managing a varied caseload independently.
  • Advising corporate and individual clients on risk management and dispute resolution strategies.
  • Supervising and mentoring junior team members.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships through outstanding service and communication.
  • Contributing to business development initiatives and the continued growth of the Dispute Resolution team.
