My client is a boutique law firm, specialising in providing comprehensive legal services to Private Clients.
They are seeking an experienced General Litigation Solicitor, or Partner, to set up a Litigation team. The successful candidate will have solid experience in Litigation and ideally bring a following.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revive and head up the Litigation department
- Liaising with client, third parties and solicitors, keeping clients up to date with the progression of their cases, updating reports and dealing with correspondence
- Dealing with all Litigation matters
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor, CILEX or lawyer.
- Strong knowledge of general litigation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a busy caseload and work to tight deadlines
- Client-focused approach with a commitment to providing exceptional service and communication skills
