The RoleMy Client is seeking a talented and tenacious litigator to join its dynamic team as a Commercial Disputes Solicitor. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of complex disputes across various sectors. Responsibilities include:
- Handling high-value and complex commercial disputes, contractual claims, and professional negligence cases as part of a client team.
- Managing a varied caseload independently.
- Advising corporate and individual clients on risk management and dispute resolution strategies.
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through outstanding service and communication.
- Contributing to business development initiatives and the continued growth of the Dispute Resolution team.
About the CandidateThe ideal candidate will be a confident and experienced litigator who thrives on tackling challenging cases and delivering successful outcomes. The candidate should possess:
- A minimum of 7 years PQE in Dispute Resolution, with a strong track record in complex and high-value cases.
