The ideal candidate for this role will be 2+ years PQE with experience in public family law having managed a full caseload within this sector. The key responsibilities for such role will include:* Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients* Manage a full caseload within Public family law including both Care and Children matters.* Providing advocacy on behalf of clients* Liaising with and instructing counsel to represent clients.* Oversee support team.
