About the Role: 

My client is seeking a talented Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE to join its dynamic team in Preston. You will have a strong passion for residential property law, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a busy caseload of property transactions, including purchases, sales and re-mortgages of freehold & leasehold properties
  • Provide regular updates, advice and draft documentation for clients & agents
  • Utilise a Case Management System efficiently – strong IT skills are essential
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships within the residential team and across other service lines
  • Meet client expectations through timely responses and effective management of queries
  • Assist with business development and marketing activities
  • Support solicitors and contribute to the team’s objectives and business plan

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Minimum 2 years PQE in Residential Conveyancing/Property
  • Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills
  • Proven ability to manage own caseload effectively
  • Experience with SOS case management system (desirable)
