- Handling a variety of private client matters, including complex wills, trusts, estate administration, inheritance tax planning, and business succession planning.
- Advising on landed estates, capital gains tax, and estate planning for high-net-worth individuals and business owners.
- Managing an existing caseload while also developing and maintaining strong relationships with referrers, clients, and professional networks.
- Supervising and supporting junior members of the team as required.
- Playing an integral role in the continued growth of the private client department in Lancashire.
- STEP qualification or working towards STEP membership is desirable.
