About the Role
As an Experienced Senior Solicitor - Private Client, you'll have the chance to work with a diverse range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals, business owners, families, and landed estates. You'll take the lead on complex matters such as wills, probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, trusts, and estate planning - all while delivering the high standard of service that the firm is known for. What You'll Bring
To thrive in this role, we're looking for a Senior Solicitor who has:
- Extensive experience in private client work, including complex wills, trusts, inheritance tax planning, estate administration, and business succession planning.
- A proven ability to foster strong relationships with a variety of clients, from high-net-worth individuals to multi-generational families and business owners.
- The confidence to manage your own caseload independently, while also mentoring and supporting colleagues when needed.
- A proactive approach and a desire to play a key role in expanding the private client offering within the Lancashire market.
- Ideally, STEP qualification or working towards it - if you're passionate about continuing your professional development.
