I am working with a highly regarded law firm with a strong reputation for a forward-thinking culture and commitment to excellence.The Role:Joining the busy Residential Property Team, you will:
  • Manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and re-mortgages of freehold and leasehold properties.
  • Provide expert advice and support to clients and agents, ensuring outstanding service.
  • Prepare and draft legal documentation, keeping clients updated throughout the process.
  • Work closely with other departments to refer and develop client relationships.
  • Assist with business development and marketing activities to help grow the firm’s presence.
  • Use the Case Management System effectively, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 2+ years PQE in Residential Conveyancing / Property.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, managing a busy caseload with confidence.
  • A detail-oriented and proactive approach to client service.
  • A team player with a commercial mindset, keen to contribute to business growth.
