- Manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and re-mortgages of freehold and leasehold properties.
- Provide expert advice and support to clients and agents, ensuring outstanding service.
- Prepare and draft legal documentation, keeping clients updated throughout the process.
- Work closely with other departments to refer and develop client relationships.
- Assist with business development and marketing activities to help grow the firm’s presence.
- Use the Case Management System effectively, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- 2+ years PQE in Residential Conveyancing / Property.
- Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills.
