Maintenance Engineer duties;

  • Reactive and planned maintenance of production machinery across the whole site and process plant
  • Working on project related work to improve machinery and efficiency in a busy environment
  • Fault find on machinery and repair
  • Used to working with pumps, motors, VSD's, invertors, etc.
  • Keep downtime to minimum

Requirements for Maintenance Engineer

  • A formal engineering electrical qualification to at least City & Guilds level 2, NVQ level 3 or equivalent with corresponding practical experience.
  • Good working knowledge of automated systems/ production machinery
  • From a manufacturing background
  • Mechanical or Electrical proven experience

Maintenance Engineer role is commutable from Preston, Manchester and other parts of Lancashire.
