  • Develop & improve manufacturing processes for new and existing components
  • Lead CI initiatives to improve quality, reduce cost, and optimise lead times
  • Support CNC programming (Turning, Milling, 5-axis Mill/Turn)
  • Contribute to quotations and project delivery
  • Define tooling and workholding requirements
  • Work collaboratively with operations, quality, and customer teams
Manufacturing EngineerQualification/ Skills/ Experience
  • HNC/Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in a precision engineering environment (aerospace preferred)
  • Strong CNC knowledge: Fanuc, Siemens 840d, Heidenhain
  • Experienced with aluminium, titanium, Inconel
  • Proficient in Solid Edge, EdgeCam & Microsoft Office
  • Familiar with GD&T, RCCA, 8D problem solving
  • Experience with SQDCP and lean tools desirable
