Position: Site Supervisor
Location: Preston
Rate: £19 - £21 per hour
Contract: 8-month initial contract
Start Date: Immediate

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team on a £32m new-build health facility project in Preston. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading Tier 1 Contractor on a prestigious healthcare development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee site activities, ensuring health & safety compliance.
- Coordinate trades and subcontractors to meet project deadlines.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control.
- Maintain accurate site records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in supervising construction projects, ideally in healthcare or commercial builds.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Valid CSCS Card
- SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)
- DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) Check
- First Aid Certification
