Based across Lancashire, you will have a key focus on West Lancashire in they pride themselves on creating dynamic opportunities that make a difference in people's lives.Your New RoleAs an Enterprise Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering enterprise and career development programs across West Lancashire. Your role will involve working closely with educational institutions, businesses, and community organisations to create impactful initiatives that inspire and equip students for success. You will manage projects, develop partnerships, and provide guidance to participants, ensuring a seamless and effective program delivery.What You'll Need to SucceedTo be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A background in education, with experience in developing and delivering programs.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • A valid driving licence and the ability to travel within West Lancashire.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities.

  • 37 hour working week, Monday-Friday.
  • This is primarily a remote working role, with occasional trips to Preston County Hall every two weeks for team meetings. You will also be required to travel around West Lancashire for client meetings.
  • Mileage reimbursement at 45p per mile for work-related travel.
