Key Responsibilities:

Researching project histories, practise procedures, and general business requirements in support of bidsProducing and updating practise brochuresDeveloping and executing the marketing plan for the business in consultation with the practise partnersPreparing and issuing social media posts, website updates, and press releasesCoordinating and submitting architectural award entriesPlanning and coordinating eventsKeeping the practise directory up to date and maintaining a good working knowledge of our client base

Management and co-ordination of content for bid submissions and competitions

Requirements:

Previous experience in bid writing and/or marketing administration is highly desirableExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and organisational abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteValid driving licence
